When I get to school it’s the usual, say hello to friends and exchange of stories from the previous day, sort out my books and make sure all the homework is done. Then the bell rings and it’s time to cram as much information as possible into your head for around 35 minutes 9 times a day with a five minute breaks in between and by the time the 6th class comes around all you can think about is food and hoping your stomach doesn't start making those earthquake like sounds. The worst part is though if you miss one or two days of school (depending on the subject) you’ll have a lot more catching up to do than you ‘d think and you’ll probably be lost in class over the next few days (especially in subjects like accounting).
I don’t know about others but by the time the last bell rings at 3:45 all I can think about is going home, having a nice relaxing cup of tea while watching a little bit of tele and going to sleep for an hour or two, but of course I can’t. Why? Because the teachers don’t think 7 hours of work is enough and decide to give us at least another hour or two of written homework and then expect us to study, which I think is just crazy because by the time we get a chance to study we are so tired that we won’t remember anything. Then for those with after school activates to attend there’s not very much time to sit back and relax. Now maybe it’s just me but by 10 o’clock I just pass out until I hear that torturing sound once again.
